QLE2694L-CK Overview

The QLogic 2690 series of Enhanced Gen 5 (16Gb) Quad-port Fiber Channel Adapters are designed for enterprise data centers that require the ultimate in Fiber Channel performance, power efficiency, reliability, and investment protection for demanding virtualized and private cloud environments. These Enhanced Gen 5 Fiber Channel adapters deliver the industry’s top Fiber Channel performance with more than 2.6 million I/O operations per second (IOPS) – almost two times the IOPS of previous Gen 5 Fiber Channel HBAs – with optimal load balancing and linear performance scalability per port. QLogic’s port-isolation design provides independent data paths for each port, running full line rate with more than 12,000 MB per second of full duplex bandwidth across 16 PCI Express (PCIe) 3.0 lanes.
